The mole and his friends
Mole license rights
At the end of August 2020, the High Court in Prague ruled that DETOA Albrechtice s.r.o. is the only company in the Czech Republic that may use the motifs of the Mole and his friends, as drawn by the illustrator Zdeněk Miler, in the production and sale of games and wooden toys. This decision came into force in October 2020.
If wooden games and toys with the Mole motif appear on the market from a different manufacturer, it is illegal and punishable by law.
